Founded and led by Referee Dereje Gebre, our academy is dedicated to shaping the next generation of footballers and referees in Ethiopia. Known for integrity, leadership, and excellence, Dereje Gebre has been honored as Ethiopia’s Best Referee five times and is among the first in the nation to receive the Women’s Football Training License.
Established four years ago, the academy has already secured 7+ trophies and continues to nurture athletes who embody teamwork, professionalism, and passion for the game.
